The driving device of 4-square concrete mixer is used to drive the concrete storage tank to rotate. It is composed of power take-off, cardan shaft, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, control valve, hydraulic oil tank and cooling device. If this part stops working due to fault, the concrete storage tank will not be able to rotate, which will lead to the scrapping of the concrete in the 4-cube concrete mixer truck, or even the whole tank of concrete coagulated in the tank, resulting in the scrapping of the 4-cube concrete mixer truck. Therefore, whether the driving device is reliable or not is a problem that should be paid great attention to in use.
1、 Hydraulic system
The engine power taken out by the power take-off is generally the rear full-function power take-off, which is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then output into mechanical energy (speed and torque) by the motor of the concrete mixer truck, providing power for the rotation of the mixing drum.
Speed of motor output in hydraulic system of concrete mixer truck is decelerated and then transmitted to mixing drum.
3、 Operating mechanism
1. Control the rotation direction of the mixing drum of 4-cube concrete mixer truck to make it rotate in the forward direction during the process of feeding and transportation, and rotate in the reverse direction when discharging.
2. Control the rotation speed of the mixing drum of the concrete mixer truck.
The power take-off device of 4-cube concrete mixer can improve the efficiency of mixer and stabilize it. Its power take-off device can transmit more energy. And energy conversion can be realized.
